We were waiting to check in and our rooms weren’t ready. I would recommend staying in downtown if coming to Seattle! We hoped our rental car was going to be ok - thankfully it was.This place doesn’t have hospitality whatsoever. The parking area had a trailer staying there (not one attached to a truck either) and there was a bunch a big rig trucks playing their music loud and drinking back there. Along with people living there the rooms were very dark (especially the bathroom), the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall, and lastly the bathroom water faucet hit the mirror so you couldn't totally turn on the faucet. Needless to say we were VERY disappointed in this as we did not sign up to stay in a Extended Stay or a Budget Suites. On our last night we were coming in from the day of site seeing getting off the elevator and the cleaning crew was at one of the rooms #214 and these people were full on living there as we could see into their room. I said people are definitely living in this hotel. But we then noticed that from the parking lot you could see holiday lights in some of the rooms. I asked if they could ask them to please keep it down till at least 7am or a reasonable time. I didn't get a good feeling on that and did ask - Do these people live here or something ? All they would say is they will be here for awhile. They both giggled and said oh they will be staying the whole time you are staying with us. That morning I went to the front desk - 2 young girls working and so I asked them if the room next to us #226 was going to be staying or leaving soon. The walls are so paper thin we could hear everything including the tv. Well she moved us next to a room that was non stop talking starting at 4am. The check in lady was nice and said that she noticed they put us next to the elevator so she moved us to a quieter area. We booked this hotel because it is a national chain so we knew it was a hotel not a Extended Stay or anything of that sort.
